Find a time that works.

A world clock and a meeting planner in one. See every city's local time live, then let it pick the slot where the most people are still at their desks. Daylight saving handled, link shareable.

Beyond the clock

Distributed team? We make working across offices feel local.

How it works

From a wall of clocks to one good time.

Add your cities

Start from a default team or search any city in the world. Each row shows the live local time and its UTC offset, so it doubles as a world clock you can leave open.

Pick a date and length

Choose the day and how long the meeting runs. The planner scores every hour by how many people are inside their working hours and highlights the best overlap.

Share the plan

Click any hour to pin a time and see it converted for everyone. The link in your address bar updates as you go, so you can paste it into an invite or a chat.

FAQ

Questions about the planner.

How does the meeting planner find the best time?

For the date you choose, it checks every hour of the day and counts how many of your cities have the whole meeting inside their working hours (9 AM to 5 PM by default, which you can change). The hour that fits the most people wins, and ties are broken toward the middle of your home city's working day.

Does it handle daylight saving time correctly?

Yes. All conversions use your browser's built-in time zone database through the standard Intl APIs, so daylight saving transitions are applied automatically for each city. There are no hand-coded offsets to go stale, which is where many timezone tools get it wrong.

Which city is 'home'?

The first city in the list is treated as home: the timeline columns are shown in its local time and ties are resolved in its favour. The default home city is Melbourne. Remove it or reorder by removing and re-adding cities to change the reference.

Can I change everyone's working hours?

You can set a single working-hours window (for example 8 AM to 6 PM) that is applied to every city in its own local time. A green cell means the whole meeting fits inside those hours for that city on that day.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. The only thing that leaves your device is whatever you choose to do with the shareable link, which simply encodes the cities, date and pinned time in the URL.

Can I share a specific plan?

Yes. As you add cities, set a date and pin a time, the page updates the link in your address bar. Copy that link into a calendar invite or message and whoever opens it sees the same cities, date and time.
