Carrier and internet circuits

We design and manage the network; the underlying NBN, fibre, or 4G circuit and its carrier contract sit with the telco - though we'll help you choose and manage that relationship.

Cabling and electrical work

Structured cabling, power, and physical building work are delivered by licensed trades we coordinate, not by Interconnekt directly.

Unmanaged consumer gear

We standardise on UniFi and Meraki because they're manageable at scale. We won't take responsibility for consumer equipment we didn't specify.

Why UniFi over Cisco or Aruba?
For SMB and mid-market, UniFi delivers 90% of the feature set at a fraction of the capital and operational cost. We've standardised on UniFi for most of our customer base - with the option to deploy higher-end gear where it's warranted.
Can you port our existing phone numbers to Teams?
Yes. We've ported everything from legacy PBXs to boutique VoIP providers to Teams - with a cutover plan that schedules porting windows outside business hours.
Do you work with our existing meeting room gear?
Yes, where the hardware is current. For rooms running end-of-life equipment, we'll scope a refresh - with options across Logitech, Yealink, and Poly based on room size.
