Microsoft 365 tenant admin
Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams - tenant-level administration with security baselines applied.
Managed backup
Immutable backups across endpoints, servers, and Microsoft 365. Restore tests run quarterly, documented.
Disaster recovery
RPO and RTO targets defined with you, tested annually. A tabletop exercise once a year so the first DR event isn't the real one.
Server management
On-prem and hybrid server estates - patching, monitoring, hardware lifecycle planning.

Metered Azure consumption
We architect, deploy, and manage; Microsoft's metered Azure and licence consumption is billed at cost. We optimise it relentlessly, but we don't mark it up or absorb it.
Application development
We host, secure, and back up your workloads. Building or rewriting the applications that run on them is a software project, not an infrastructure one.
Recovery without agreed targets
Disaster recovery is only as good as the targets you've signed off. We design backup and DR to an agreed RPO/RTO - not a vague 'it'll be fine' promise.

Why Azure and not AWS or Google Cloud?
Because most of our customers are Microsoft-ecosystem businesses and Azure has the best integration with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and the compliance tooling we deploy. For workloads that genuinely belong elsewhere, we'll tell you.
Do you charge a margin on Azure?
We can resell Azure through our CSP agreement (transparent fixed margin) or work with your direct Azure account - whichever makes more sense. We don't hold Azure resale hostage.
What's the DR target we should aim for?
For most SMBs, an RPO of 1 hour and an RTO of 4 hours covers the realistic requirement. Tighter targets are achievable and drive the hosting cost up - we'll cost both options so the board can choose.
