Is Copilot worth the licence cost?
For knowledge workers who spend meaningful time in Outlook, Teams meetings, Word, and Excel - yes, usually. For rank-and-file task workers, often not. We start by identifying the 20-30% of your team where the ROI is clearest.
What about data governance?
Copilot respects your existing Microsoft 365 permissions - which means if your SharePoint permissions are a mess, Copilot will surface that. Pre-deployment data hygiene is a real part of the scope, and we'll be honest about it.
Are you AI consultants or IT consultants?
IT consultants who've done serious AI work. Our scope is pragmatic adoption inside Microsoft 365 - not building LLM products, fine-tuning models, or standing up AI infrastructure. If that's what you need, we'll refer you.
