VaultRE, Reapit, and Property Tree administered properly. Mobile-first device management for agents. Branch offices deployed in a week. Trust account fraud protection that catches the conveyancer impersonation before it hits.
Residential sales, commercial agencies, and property development businesses. Each engagement covers at least the CRM, the branch network, and the trust-related security controls.
Real estate IT is mobile-first, branch-heavy, and CRM-centric. The provider who treats it like a single-office accounting firm misses where the work actually happens, and where the fraud actually lands.
Agents live on mobile.
Listing photos, contract signing, inspection scheduling - all happens from a phone in the carpark, not a desk in the office. Mobile device management has to be real, not theoretical, and the security model has to assume the device is outside your walls 90 percent of the time.
Trust account scrutiny is non-negotiable.
Estate Agents Act trust account compliance puts your IT under audit pressure most industries never see. Email security, access logging, and document retention have to satisfy your trust account auditor, not just feel safe. We've sat in that audit and have the evidence pack templates that get signed off.
Branch offices need to deploy in a week.
When a new shopfront opens, the network, phones, and CRM access have to be live the morning the sign goes up. The setup that takes a generalist MSP a month, we run as a documented playbook in five working days - cabling spec, UniFi config, Teams Phone porting, CRM rollout.
CRMs are the central nervous system.
VaultRE, Reapit, PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate - whichever you run, it touches sales, property management, trust accounting, marketing, and reporting. Your IT provider has to know the integration points and the support boundaries, not just rebrand it as 'a SaaS application we don't support'.
Platforms we support
Named, current, and operated in production.
Five platform categories real estate customers ask about by name. We administer each one for at least one Melbourne agency, and we own the support boundary with the vendor so you're not stuck triaging tickets.
User identity sync, single sign-on where available, MFA on every account, and the integration points with email and document management documented in your runbook.
How we deliver it
We administer the licence pool, configure SSO and MFA at the identity layer, and own the support boundary between us and the vendor so 'CRM is broken' tickets get triaged correctly. Your tenancy is documented in your runbook.
Trust account integration, inspection workflows on mobile, and reliable PDF generation for routine inspections, condition reports, and tribunal evidence.
How we deliver it
Tenant identity managed in Entra ID, mobile device baselines for the inspection app, and OneDrive or SharePoint for the PDF archive with retention policies that match your trust account audit needs.
Platform
Document signing
DocuSign, Realworks, REI Forms Live, Adobe Acrobat Sign
What it needs
Signed-document retention aligned to the Property Law Act and the trust account audit, plus the audit trail showing who signed what and when.
How we deliver it
Signed documents land in SharePoint with retention labels enforced. The audit trail (sender, signer, timestamps, IP) lands alongside the document. Tribunal-defensible by construction, not by emergency reconstruction.
Platform
Branch network
Multi-site UniFi network and Teams Phone
What it needs
Site-to-site connectivity with the central office, Wi-Fi that covers the open-plan front-of-house, and Teams Phone with proper call routing to the right team at the right time.
How we deliver it
UniFi Gateway, switching, and Wi-Fi at every branch, Teams Phone with a documented call flow per branch, and an SLA that puts a P1 incident in front of a technician within 15 minutes during business hours.
Platform
Email security
Conveyancer / trust account fraud protection
What it needs
BEC and impersonation detection that catches the conveyancer-email scam, plus the user training that makes the second-line of defence work. Trust account fraud loses agents real money every quarter.
How we deliver it
Layered email security on top of Microsoft 365, mandatory MFA enrolment for any account that touches trust, and quarterly phishing simulations targeted at the patterns that actually hit the real estate sector.
Branch office in a week
Sign on the window Monday. Live Friday.
Most generalist MSPs take a month to stand up a new shopfront - by which time you've already done a fortnight of business on personal phones and a hotspot. We've turned this into a documented five-day playbook, executed for several Melbourne networks, and refined every time we do it again.
NBN or Ethernet circuit ordered, cabling brief released to your fit-out contractor, UniFi kit configured at our office ready to ship.
Day 2-3 - Mobile and identity provisioned
Agent identities created in Entra ID, Intune mobile profile assigned, CRM access provisioned with the right role. New starters can begin onboarding off-site.
Day 4 - On-site network install
Cabling done, UniFi Gateway, switching, and Wi-Fi installed and tested. Teams Phone number provisioned with the branch call flow.
Day 5 - Go-live walkthrough
Workstations delivered and signed in, CRM and email confirmed working from desk and mobile, helpdesk number on the wall. Branch is operational.
Documented and added to your runbook
New site added to your monitoring dashboard, asset register, and emergency contact list. The next branch deployment starts from the documented playbook, not from scratch.
Service stack for real estate
Five services agencies actually buy.
Generic managed IT plus the branch-network and fraud-protection layers a real estate business actually needs. Helpdesk, networking, security, hosting, and the strategic conversation that runs ahead of your franchise or office expansion.
A multi-branch agency CRM migration and a commercial agency trust account compliance project are both in production. Until then, the customer list above can speak to multi-year engagements - book a discovery call and we'll connect you with the closest reference.
Coming next
A multi-branch CRM migration and a commercial agency Microsoft 365 hardening project, both pending customer approval.
We use VaultRE / Reapit / Property Tree. Anything special?
We administer the licence pool and identity for the major sales and property management CRMs. The work that matters - SSO configuration, MFA enforcement, user lifecycle management, the integration points with email and document storage - is part of the engagement scope, not a 'we don't support that' deflection.
We have 6 branch offices. How do you keep them online?
UniFi network at every site, central monitoring through NinjaOne, a documented call flow per branch in Teams Phone, and a 15-minute P1 first response SLA published on the pricing page. Branches in the same building as our customers tend to get faster on-site support than they did with their previous provider.
Our agents use personal phones. What's the security story?
Microsoft Intune mobile application management - we secure the work apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, your CRM) on a personal device without touching the agent's photos or messages. Lost phone, departing agent, change of role - we wipe work data without touching personal data. Documented and explained to staff so the policy actually works.
Do you handle our DocuSign / Realworks / Adobe Sign?
Yes. Configuration, user administration, signed-document retention into SharePoint, and the audit trail capture that satisfies the trust account auditor. We've integrated each of the major signing platforms with Microsoft 365 retention policies and can show you the wiring.
We're opening 2 new offices in Q2. How fast can we deploy?
Five working days end-to-end is the standard playbook from cabling brief to live network, phones, and CRM access. Faster is possible with a cleaner brief. We've opened branches in shopfronts that had a sign on the window before the desk arrived - the IT was the last thing waiting on, not the first.
What about the REI Forms / property forms compliance question?
REI Forms Live integration with Microsoft 365 is straightforward when set up correctly - SSO, retention labels for completed forms, and the audit trail tied back to the user identity. We've operated this for several Melbourne real estate networks and can document the configuration in your runbook.
